Capital is more than money

The businesses that last also build operational capital (systems and people), customer capital (the ways work finds them), and reputation capital (what people say when they’re not in the room). We build all four.
The founder
Charlie Whitaker founded Credenda Capital to help owner-operated businesses grow on purpose. He came up through collision repair as a technician and estimator, then founded Collision Claims Advisors, an IACP-certified independent auto appraisal and claims advocacy firm. He facilitates a performance 20 group of collision repair shop owners, and his C.A.R. Method (Capture, Address, Resubmit) for supplements came out of his years writing estimates.
